Westchester

Westchester is a suburban county near Manhattan. As such, it's often home to commuters who live in the suburbs and work in the city. On-grid, the two areas in Westchester are Salem Center and Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, located nearby. Both are between an hour and an hour and a half from New York City, depending on where you're going and how the traffic goes. Salem Center is a small town of a little over 5,000 people.
