Leah Canto is a freelance journalist and minor TV pundit. She publishes occasional columns and editorials in print and online outlets, and has appeared on cable-news talk shows as a political commentator. She worked for the New York Post from 1995 to 2002; her most prominent work covered the 2001 "Flatbush Five" investigation of mutant prostitution rings run by low-level politicians in the outer boroughs. She briefly had her own call-in show on local cable in 2002 and then a regular hosting gig on CNN's late-night forum Bylines until the summer of 2005. Her public stance is staunchly conservative, socially and politically, and she has been a vocal supporter of the MRA from the very beginning. In late 2005, she gained attention in the national media by publishing articles on the Friends of Humanity and working as their 'voice' - she was later executed by the Friends. |
